By downloading, installing, or using the Dainty POS Resto application and services, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the software.
You are not allowed to copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Duo Dinamika / Kasir.
The Dainty POS Resto app stores and processes transaction and operational data that you input into the system in order to provide our service. It is your responsibility to keep your devices and login credentials secure.
Certain functions of Dainty POS Deluxe work locally offline on Windows OS. However, cloud synchronization, digital QR order, and remote multi-outlet reporting require an active internet connection.
Hardware bundling packages (e.g. Android Handheld POS POS with built-in thermal printer) come with an official 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to proper operational usage.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the software after any changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
